Dengue fever claims another life Karachi
KARACHI: A 77-year-old man died of dengue fever at hospital on Monday; however, health department officials denied any death from dengue.
Marghoob Ahmed, resident of Malir, was admitted to hospital few days ago due to high grade fever and headache. The patient died due to dengue fever during treatment.
Program manager, Prevention and Control Program of Dengue Sindh, Dr Dr Abdul Rasheed Sheikh, denied any death due to dengue fever . He said that they had not received any such information from any hospital in the city.
In Karachi, Upto 1250 dengue cases have been reported throughout the city out of which seven people died from fever in Karachi this year so far.[related_post themes="text" id="321666"]
