ISLAMABAD: Naran-Balakot road blocked due to heavy snowfall has been opened for traffic on Monday morning. According to the ISPR, the road was opened with hectic efforts of Pakistan Army Engineers and rescue team.
The road was partially opened at six different points in Naran and Tourists are now leaving for their home towns. About seventy vehicles have left Kaghan for Naran so far.
More than one hundred vehicles were trapped in Naran. Meanwhile, District Administration has rejected media reports saying that Karakoram Highway has been blocked for traffic at Battagram.
