KARACHI: Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) administration on Saturday launched fumigation drive in the hospital to prevent patients from dengue and malaria fever.
Deputy Director Admin & Focal Person JPMC Dr Jawaid Jamali said hospital management had launched fumigation drive to eliminate dengue and malaria in rainy season. He said spray will be carried out in all departments and wards of the hospital.
He said fumigation will be conducted in staff colony and vehicle’s parking areas in order to save staff, patients and visitors from dengue and malaria fever.
He said aim of launching anti-insecticide drive in hospital is to save staff and patients from getting complications during treatment.
