JUI KP urges govt to stop raids  on seminaries

Peshawar: JUI Khyber Pukhtunkhwa on Thursday urged the government to stop raids on religious seminaries assuring that care takers of seminaries would fully corporate with the state agencies to curb terrorism.

Talking to media after Chairing Provincial Executive Council’s meeting JUI Amir for Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan said action against terrorism should be taken without any discrimination either terrorists are wearing turbans and having beards or they are in pain shirt or they hiding in the ranks of any nationalist  or ethnic group.

Gull Naseeb said raids on religious seminaries have badly disturbed the students of the seminaries therefore JUI has decided that it will hold a seminar on the issue of  ” International Peace and Seminaries” where in Ulema and clerics would discuss the issue.

JUI leader said that attack on Army Public School was a brutal act and no human being can perform such a heinous crime. ” we strongly condemn this act and praying to Allah to grant fortitude  to bear this great loss,” he said.

He said this is very alarming that situation running inside high security zones are not safe.
