ISLAMABAD: Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the uninterrupted gas supply will be ensured for domestic consumers during the winter at affordable prices.
In an interview on Thursday, he said that after the passage of 18th amendment, some matters with regard to commodity have to handle by the provincial governments.
He said All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) should shun its strike and also cooperate to resolve the issue amicably.
He said the government is striving hard to provide gas to the industry as well. He said Liquefied Natural Gas is so economical as compared to any other fuel that it would save Rs 100 billion annually.
