ISLAMABAD: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said that the government has initiated several welfare projects for the prosperity of the people.
In an interview, he said improved law and order situation in the country has brought the national economy in a take-off position.
He said import of LNG will help overcome energy and gas shortage. He appreciated China for investment in Pakistan. He said the 38 billion dollars out of 46 billion dollars allocated by the Chinese government for CPEC would be spent on energy sector.
