KARACHI: MQM Chief Altaf Hussain has appreciated the meeting between Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and newly elected Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take on all the differences between two neighbouring countries.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, Hussain said all the issues should be addressed to ensure durable peace and mutual relations. He said everything should be in the discussion with Indian leadership, especially Occupied Kashmir, and resolve them according to nation’s aspiration.
He affirmed without solving these issues, no result could be inferred. He said MQM always appreciated to stabilize relations among neighbours, especially India, but ascertained that everything should be mutually settled.
He appreciated to resolve the issues because both the countries (Pakistan and India) could not change their neighbour. He said both the countries should stand for each others in hard times. He said, having good neighbouring relations, could also benefit both the economies.
