KARACHI: “The 4th Pak-France Bi-national Workshop on Drug Discovery and Molecular Medicine will be held today (Monday at 09:00 A.M) at International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi.
Dr. Panjwani Centre for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD) of ICCBS, University of Karachi is organising this important scientific event in collaboration with the Embassy of Republic of France, Islamabad, Pakistan.”
This was stated by Director ICCBS-UoK Prof. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Choudhary, while presiding over an official meeting held at HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry, UoK here on Saturday.
He said that the inaugural ceremony will be held on Monday (October 12) at 09:00 am at Prof. Salimuzzaman Siddiqui Auditorium-ICCBS. Vice Chancellor UoK Prof. Dr. Mohammad Qaiser will deliver the inaugural lecture, Counsellor for Cooperation and Cultural Affairs French Embassy Ms. Martine Herlem, Director ICCBS Prof. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Choudhary, Chairperson Dr. Punjwani Memorial Trust Ms. Nadira Panjwani, Chairman H.E.J. Foundation Aziz Latif Jamal and Dr. Asmat Salim will also express their views in the ceremony,” he added.
