Passing out parade held at PCG training centre

KARACHI: Recruits’ passing out parade was held at Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) training centre on Monday.

According to a handout, the passing out parade of the 35th batch of the PCG was held at PCG training centre. As many as 425 recruits participated in the parade while 43 recruits belonged to the province of Balochistan.

Lt. General Naseer Khan Janjua (Hilal e Imtiaz Military), was the chief guest at the passing out parade. One the arrival of the chief guest the parade saluted him and the national anthem was played.

Chief Guest accompanied by Director General of the Pakistan Coast Guards Brigadier Shahzad Akhtar inspected the parade and also distributed prizes among those who show excellent performance during training, and also encourage them.

First position holder Faisal Bilal was awarded DG Sword, and 2nd position holder Mohammad Fayaz was awarded a Trophy. The 3rd position holder Mohammad Abid Ishtiaq was also awarded Trophy.

Lt Gen Naseer Khan Janjua in address to the parade congratulated the cadets.

At the end, PCGs Quick Response Force (QRF) displayed the skills in professional capabilities.

A large number of the guests including parents of the passing out recruits attended the function.
