ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that mutual cooperation between Pakistan and India can lead to socio-economic uplift of the two countries.
He was talking to Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan Gautam Bambawale here on Wednesday. The Prime Minister said Pakistan is pursuing policy of good relations with neighbouring countries including India.
He extended a very warm welcome to the Indian High Commissioner. He expressed the confidence that Gautam Bambawale will work to bring the two countries closer.
The Indian High Commissioner thanked the Prime Minister for warm welcome and expressed the hope that his role will be beneficial in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
