KARACHI: Commissioner Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui said on Thursday that the services of Christian community for the development of Pakistan were unforgettable and not only government but the whole nation watches their services with respect.
He expressed his views while speaking in a prayer ceremony held regarding the martyrs of Peshawar incident and Charismas organized by Rafa International Minority Organization at commissioner office.
On this occasion, Pastor Suleman Manzoor, Bishop Marshal, Pastor Muslim, Pastor Benjamin, Chaudhry Patrus and other leaders were present and they prayed for solidarity, prosperity, development and unity of Pakistan especially for Peshawar martyrs and their heirs. They also showed solidarity with Pak armed forces.
Siddiqui said that the aim of the event was to express solidarity with affectees of Peshawar incident and Christian community. In the end he also greeted the Christian communities of the world.
