SBCA orders inquiry into building collapse

Karachi: Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has launched an inquiry into sad incident of collapse of a residential building in Liaquatabad, which claimed many precious lives.

On the instructions of local government minister Jam Khan Shoro, SBCA director general Agha Maqsood Abbas ordered probe into collapse of a building on Plot number 315/10.

The inquiry committee, headed by Vice Chairman Pakistan Engineering Council Mukhtar Shaikh would submit its report in 15 days.
