Security to be made effective, strict

QUETTA: Security arrangements would be made further effective and strict to maintain law and order in Balochistan particularly in Quetta and full action would be taken against terrorists elements.

Decision to this effect was taken at a high level meeting held here Wednesday. Provincial home minister Sarfraz Bugti, Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Dr Hamid Achakzai, Nawab Ayaz Jogezai, Sardar Mustafa Tareen, Adviser on forests Obedullah Babat, Adviser on Education Sardar Raza Mohammad Barech, Balochistan Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha, Secretary Home Akbar Hussain Durrani and others attended.

Meeting reviewed security arrangements during visit of President Mamnoon Hussain and reviewed law and order situation in the province. Concerned quarters briefed the meeting.

It decided that all possible measures and available resources would be mobilized for security to life and property of people and action would be taken against terrorists with full force.

Condemning Peshawar incident it was termed ad black chapter of the history. Fateha was also offered for martyrs of Peshawar incident.
