Karachi: Vice President Pasban Rafiq Ahmed Khaskhali, Organizer Sindh Khalil Ahmed Palari and Senior Member Mohammad Hussain Khan have shown satisfaction on the step of the government to establish a Judicial Commission to probe into deaths of children in Thar.
In a statement, they suggested that in order to make a transparent investigation the government should have established a judicial commission comprised of Supreme Court judges so that people of Sindh can know the real facts. They asked for effective steps to stop more deaths, adding compensation should be given to bereaved families.
They also demanded to took notice for damage to thousands bottles of blood bags donated voluntarily on the occasion of death anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
They further said that had relevant authorities prevented the donated blood it could be used for assisting children suffering from blood diseases.
