Administrator Karachi pays tribute to Quaid-e-Azam


Karachi: KMC Administrator Rauf Akhtar Farooqui paid a visit to mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhamad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary and laid floral wreath on behalf of the citizens of Karachi.

He was accompanied by Metropolitan Commissioner Samiuddin Siddiqui, Sr. Director CSR, Sr. Director Municipal Services and other officers.

On this occasion, Administrator Karachi while paying tribute to founder of country said he was a great leader who led his people in an exemplary way. He said Quaid-e-Azam desired to see us as a united and disciplined nation; we all must have to adopt the golden principle which he gave to us.

He said Quaid-e-Azam also wanted to make this city one of the greatest cities of the region, he loved this city and always expressed hope that Karachi would be among most well developed and prosperous cities of the world.

Meanwhile, Metropolitan Commissioner KMC/Deputy Commissioner East Samiuddin Siddiqui praised the services of Christian community in progress of the city and country. Attending a program held on the Christmas Day in Esa Nagri he said we all are with the Christian community on this day.

The former MPA Michael Javed, Assistant Deputy Commissioner East, DSP, Paster James Bashir, Sardar Salamat, Imtiaz Bhatti and others also present on this occasion.
