Peshawar: The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has expressed gratitude to the people of PK-67 Dera Ismail Khan over the overwhelming support and success of PTI candidate Ikramullah Gandapur in the by-elections and said that this development reflects the increasing confidence of the public reposed in the present provincial govt.
In his message of felicitation he congratulated the newly elected MPA and expressed the hope that Ikramullah Gandapur like his brother and predecessor, late Israrullah Gandapur, would play a leading role to serve the people of his constituency and second the government efforts to uphold merit and rule of law.
The Chief Minister reiterated the resolve that the PTI led coalition government would ensure the achievement of all its targets and promises made to the public adding that the provincial government would neither compromise the interest of the people nor practice the politics of hypocrisy and slavery.
He hoped that people of the province would fully support the mission and targets of PTI with regard to restoring durable peace in the province; get the nation rid of foreign debts and subjugation and to put the province on the track of progress and prosperity. He assured the people that their elected representatives would spare no efforts unturned to come up to their expectations and hopes in the long run and make this province a cradle of peace and prosperity.
