KARACHI: A sessions court on Wednesday dismissed the bail application of a suspect in murder case. The suspect, Shahzad through his counsel had moved the bail applications in the court.
The additional district and sessions judge (South), Sohail Jabar Malik, pronounced the order after recording arguments from both sides.
According to the prosecution, Farah Naz, her husband, Shahbaz and their relative were going to settle dispute to the premises of local court, when accused Sabir, Khadim, Arif, Asif and Shahzad threw acid on Shahbaz. He was shifted to hospital where he died.
The police arrested all five suspects near the court premises on 15th June 2012.
A case FIR No, (64/2012) was registered under Sections 302 (premeditated murder), 324 and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code on a complaint of the victim’s wife at the city court police station.
