Sialkot: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Zahid Hamid has said that that recently signed pacts between Pakistan and China would be helpful to curb the menace of prolonged energy crisis.
He stated this while addressing a big public meeting at Chawinda-Pasrur on Sunday after inaugurating the several development schemes including urban sewerage scheme and inter-city roads and Chawinda-Zafarwal Road (worth of Rs. 53 million.
Later, talking to the different delegations at Badiana, Pasrur tehsil here, Federal Minister Zahid Hamid said that the present government was striving to find out a peaceful solution to burning issue of militancy and terrorism in the country.
Federal Minister narrated that the present government was fully aware of the eternal and external dangers and was making hectic efforts to cope with them, as the government was also committed to weed out terrorism from the country in active cooperation of the masses, as the whole nations stands united against the terrorism in the country.
