Explosion damages rail track

SIBI: An explosion along rail track near Dingra station damaged the track. Incoming and outgoing trains were detained at different stations. Track was repaired on emergency basis and train service resumed.

According to details miscreants planted explosive device along the track near Dingra station in Tehsil Bala Nari of District Kachhi last night. It exploded and damaged the track. As a result Bolan Mail, Akbar Bugti Express and Jaffar Express train were detained at Jacobabad station.

After hours of detention when Jaffar Express resumed its onward journey to Quetta old engine failed near Dera Murad Jamali. As a result Bolan Mail which was stopped at Damboli station few kilometres from Sibi station, its engine was sent to Dera Murad Jamali which toed Quetta Express and Bolan Mail to Sibi.

Passengers complained that there was no facility of cold water and other at the stations form Jacobabad to Sibi during hot weather. They demanded of the authorities to improve condition of three train to facilitate the passengers.
