Shahdadpur: Three persons were gunned down over a family feud between two groups of Bhan tribe in Nango Shah Village of Shahdadpur on Monday.
According to details, Nazeer, 55 and Mohsin, 45, were killed in the shootout. A 60 years old passerby, Noor Mohammad was also hit by the bullets and died. The bodies were shifted to the Institute of Medical Sciences hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Four others were also injured in the clash, who were shifted to local hospital for treatment.
The enraged people set 10 houses ablaze which burned household items worth thousands of rupees.
A large contingent of police rushed to the scene and rescued the injured people. The police initiated the investigations after registering the case.
The area’s residents say that the cause of dispute was a free will marriage of a girl.
