History of Bhutto family full of sacrifices

TAMBOO: history of Bhutto family is full of supreme sacrifices. This family gave their lives for survival and security of Pakistan, prosperity of its people and end of sardari, jagirdari systems. Instead of bowing before cruets they embraced martyrdom.

These views were expressed by President PPP Balochistan Mohammad Sadiq Umrani while addressing a mammoth gathering on occasion of 7 th death anniversary of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Saturday.

Earlier he led a caravan of hundreds of vehicle to participate seventh death anniversary of PPP leader and former Prime Minister Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh today. PPP leader and former federal minsiter Changez Jamali, former provincial minister Jan Ali Changezi and other leaders and workers were also present.

Sadiq Umrani said that PPP was following vision of Benazir Bhutto. She deserved her life for prosperity of people, development and uplift of country and promotion of democracy. He said anti state elements did not want to see Pakistan progressing and they martyred her. Though he added she is not amongst us yet her thoughts and teachings are beacon light for us. We can serve country better by following these.

He said there are no differences between Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and party leadership. Owing to his indisposition he was not attending the ceremony. We have full faith in the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari.

He said we stand with armed forces in war on terror. This war should continue till complete elimination of terrorism. He said unless a single terrorist is alive, it would be PPP’s demand he should be completely cleansed. He said Benazir Bhutto sacrificed her life for 180 million people of the country. We are paying tributes to her today. He said this day is of great tragedy. On this day first woman Prime Minister of Muslim world war martyred. He said killers of Benazir Bhutto have met with their ultimate fate.
