Muslims urged to follow Quran and Sunnah

AhmedpurEast: Hakim Mohammad Tariq Mehmood Chughtai founder Ubqari Trust has said that Drood and Quran Mahals will be set up in Lahore for which he has purchased 19 Kanal land for Drood Mahal and more than one square land at GT road in Lahore for the construction of Quran Mahal.

This was announced by him while addressing Mehfil Mushaira at Faran public high school last night. He urged the Muslims to follow Quran and Sunnah in their lives and shun their petty differences so they could combat with serious challenges posed by anti-Muslim forces.

Hakim Tariq Chughtai stated that teachings of Quran and Sunnat should be followed in everyday life. He said he is preaching through his monthly magazine, website and spiritual gatherings. Our annual four days long gathering will be held at Ubqari trust premises at Jail Road Lahore from first January 2015 in which 540 delegates from different parts of the country besides students, ulema and educationists will participate.

Hakim Chughtai paid rich tributes to Last ruler of former Bahawalpur State Nawab Sir Sadiq Mohammad Khan Khamis Abbasi for his religious and educational services and told the audience that he has written his biography comprising 500 pages for which he received contributions from Britain and other countries.

He assured to establish charitable institution in Cholistan desert and his home town AhmedpurEast.

Earlier, famous poet Jehangir Mukhlas, Khaqan Qamar, Mukhtar Masat, Adeel Bukhari, Shahid Alam Shahid, Yousaf Abid, Rashad Bhatti, Sohnay Khan and Jehanzeb Khakwani presented their

Naats and Ghazals while prominent poet and educationist Professor Mazhar Masood highlighted the services of Hakim Mohammad Tariq Mehmood Chughtai and said that thirteen years before ,he left his town AhmedpurEast and now he became an author, editor and spiritual leader.
