New SP transfers 450 cops in Larkana


LARKANA: Recently posted Superintendent of Police (SP), headquarter, Larkana, Masood Khan Banghash, while talking to reporters here on Sunday said that 450 cops have so far been transferred out of their home taluka as they were posted there for providing security to the residents but they were randomly performing their government duties hence failed.

Likewise, he added, 120 policemen posted at 15 Madadgar Center have also been replaced because they too were not discharging their duties properly and their performance was also not satisfactory and they too have been posted in other talukas.

Banghash said these cops also include whose names were mentioned in the Muster Rolls but they were absent from duties due to which they have also been posted out of their hometowns so that they may be forced to work for the betterment of the mankind.

He said that Writing Head Constables (WHCs) performance is also not up to the mark and soon an examination or test will be held for them adding those who cleared it will be posted and those who failed will be posted in police stations and they will never be posted as WHCs in future. He said local cops’ performance was unsatisfactory hence they have been shifted out of their homes to improve their working. He also said that very soon bio metric system will also be introduced in his office so that his staff also work properly during office hours. He said that stern actions against criminals, gangs involved in bike snatching & stealing, thieves and gangsters have been initiated which will continue till these are eliminated. He warned the bandits to leave the crime or face the consequences.
