No clue yet to five abductees

RATODERO: Larkana police has so far failed to recover five abducted persons including an 11-year-old boy Kashif son of Sanaullah Sarohi. These persons include 20-year-old Wajid Jagirani and 46-year-old Sher Khan Jagirani who were kidnapped about a week ago from village Mir Hussain Jagirani near Banguldero, while Anis Siyal and Ghulam Mustafa Kalhoro were abducted near Fareedabad village of Taluka Bakrani five days back but the police has done nothing to get the men released from the captivity of the abductors.

The heirs have lodged reports in the respective police stations that their loved ones had been kidnapped for ransom as the heirs claimed that they have received phone calls for payment of ransom which run into millions of rupees which they could not pay.

ASP Larkana City, Tauqeer, told reporters that phone call record of the kidnapped persons has been obtained and according to which Anis Siyal and Ghulam Mustafa Kalhoro were kidnapped from Qubo Saeed Khan police station limits of Kambar-Shahdadkot district not from Larkana district and they have now been shifted to Balochistan by the armed gang.

ASP further said that it was wrong to say that the two men were kidnapped from Larkana as they had gone there for recovery of their payments.

Police have also failed to resolve the issue of 11-year-old- boy Kashif Sarohi who too mysteriously disappeared from Bait-ul-Mal colony few days back.

This proves that law & order situation in the home district of Bhutto leaders is worsening day by day to such an extent that police cannot control it. The people of Larkana have demanded that honest police officer may be posted.
