No clue yet to missing old man

NAUNDERO: There is no clue yet to a 65-year-old man who went missing from village Chooharpur within the limits of Mahotta police station of Larkana district since four days.

According to Muhammad Haneef, son of the aged man named Lal Bux Jhinjhan, his father told the family members that he might visit Sehwan Sharif and after taking bath left home.

He went to a barber shop and got shaved but he has not yet returned back due to which they suspect that he might have been abducted for ransom as he had about Rs 10,000 in his pocket.

He said that when it was confirmed that his father went for a shave they including his other brothers were satisfied that their father must have gone to visit the shrine of Hazrat Qalander Lal Shahbaz.

He further said that his relatives and elder brothers had searched for him not only in Sehwan Shareef but also at the shrine of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai and other places but they could not find him. Hanif appealed to higher police and other officials to help him recover his father.
