Naundero: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Larkana, Kamran Nawaz on Saturday took serious notice of implicating VIII class student Wajid Ali son of Suleman Shaikh in police encounter case and has ordered an inquiry.
SSP told media that DSP Naundero Yasin Tagar will conduct the inquiry against the SHO Ghulam Mustafa Abro. He said SHO Abro lodged FIR No: 31/2015 against the student and others for firing at police, to please some influential political people.
13-years-old student was arrested in the said case. The FIR has been registered under sections 402, 399, 324 & 353 PPC in which the applicant ASI Shoukat Bhangar has alleged that Wajid Shaikh was standing on Bhatti Laro fully armed along with his other associates namely Zahid Mirani, Asghar alias Angoo Khokhar, Gulzar Mangnejo and three unidentified accused with the intention of committing crime.
When they saw police patrolling party coming they started firing at it which continued for 15 minutes and then they disappeared in the nearby guava orchids during darkness, FIR added. Police has also obtained his 4-days remand from Ratodero court where he was produced.
