Quetta bound train detained at Sibi


SIBI: Quetta bound Nawab Bugti Express was detained at Sibi station for security reasons. People were forced to spend a night at the station. Non availability of facilities at the station added miseries to the passengers.

According to details Quetta bound Nawab Bugti Express train from Rawalpindi arrived Sibi eight hours behind schedule. Passengers were taken aback when FC personnel stopped this train to travel to Quetta for security reasons. Thus passengers were forced to spend a night at Sibi station. There were no facilities available.

Balochistan is the only province where there is almost no railway service. During this modern era one train each is available for Karachi and another for Lahore and Rawalpindi. Harnai track is closed for last six years. No train is available for Nawab Shah, Hyderabad and Dera Ghazi Khan.
