SIALKOT: Pakistan Council for Social Welfare and Human Rights (PCSWHR) has stressed the SAARC countries to make collective efforts and a joint strategy for the protection of rights of children in SAARC countries on top priority.
PCSWHR Chairman Muhammad Ejaz Noori stated this while talking to the newsmen here Monday upon his arrival after attending the recently held seminar on “Internationalized Children Standards of Care and Mental Health” in New Delhi jointly by Amity University New Delhi and a local NGO “Udayan Care”. A delegation of PCSWHR comprising Muhammad Ejaz Noori, Ch. Tahir Mehmood Hundali Advocate (former MPA) and Mansur Ahmed participated in this seminar from Pakistan.
He said that the time was ripe for both Pakistan and Indian to come forward and play their direly needed pivotal role in this noble cause of protecting the rights of the children.” We could give the better and secure future to our children.
Ejaz Noori added that both Pakistan and India were reality and then people of both of these neighbours should accept this truth, saying that the betterment and development in the diplomatic, political and cultural relations between Pakistan and India could be helpful in establishing the durable peace, poverty elevation, protection and promotion of human rights and multi dimensional human, socio-economical development.
