SIMAP rejects 13 percent increase in gas prices by Ogra


Sialkot: Surgical Instruments Manufacturers Association of Pakistan (SIMAP) has rejected the 13 percent increase in gas prices by Ogra.

Talking to the newsmen SIMAP Chairman Bilal Ameen termed it unfair and injustice with the surgical industry of Sialkot-Pakistan, saying that the cost of doing business and production cost will increase after the 13 percent increase in gas prices by Ogra. He said that surgical industry could not bear this heavy increase in gas prices.

He urged the government to withdraw this 13 percent increase in gas prices by Ogra for keeping industrial wheel moving ahead in the country and to boost the surgical industry as well.
