4 girls killed in mine blast

CHAMAN: Four girls were killed in land mine blast in Helmond area of Afghanistan. According to reports pouring in here from a cross the border, four girls went to bring water for their homes in Helmond area of Afghanistan. They passed over a land mine which exploded. All the four girls were killed on the spot.

In another incident armed motorcyclists opened fire on Afghan police men. As a result one policeman was injured. In retaliatory firing two armed motorcyclist were killed.

In yet another incident Afghan police caught a suicide attacker along with suicide jacket in Kandahar. Arrested suicide was shifted to unknown place and his jacket was defused, report added.
