CHATTER: Mir Muhammad Bilal Khan Umrani, President, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Naseerabad Division has called on authorities to take notice of the irregularities committed in executing the under construction Dera Murad Jamali-Chatter Road project.

In a statement issued here on Monday, he said that substandard material was being used in the mentioned project which would further add to the miseries of the people rather than providing them relief and comfort.

He said that irregularities being committed in the mentioned project was required to be probed and investigated thoroughly, hence, he called on the higher authorities to conduct an inquiry into the matter. He said that it was not known as to why National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and other concerned institutions were not taking notice of the irregularities being committed while executing the development schemes meant for the welfare of the people of Balochistan. He called on authorities to take notice of the irregularities being committed in the under construction Dera Murad Jamali to Chatter Road project.
