KARACHI:Anti Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) on Saturday claimed to have busted a car lifter gang in encounter in Super Highway area of Karachi. According to ACLC report, four alleged dacoits were identified as Feroz Ali, Obaidullah, Aamir Khan, and Shahid.

Police said the arrested criminals used to book taxis online from stolen mobiles and snatch them at gunpoint. They added a natched vehicle and two pistols were recovered from the possession of detainees. Separately, a AVLC team arrested an alleged criminal Abdul Hakeem involved in the theft of an anti-vehicle lifting crane from the Northern Bypass area of Karachi.
