SIALKOT: The people in villages including Sucheetgarh: Charwah: Chaprar: Bajwat: Bajra Garhi: Jang Mor: Kingra: Umeraanwali: Looni ,Kheri: Chamliyal: Sabzpeer along the Sialkot Working Boundary here Wednesday: made a chain of human hands to express complete solidarity with the oppressed people of neighbouring Occupied Jammu and Kashmir on the eve of Kashmir Solidarity Day. Local member of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Ch. Muhammad Ishaq led this human hands’ chain. The people on this occasion unanimously passed a condemnation resolution strongly criticizing India for the rising Occupant Indian Army’s atrocities and larger scale human rights violations in Held Valley.
Meanwhile: the people observed the Kashmir Solidarity Day with traditional zeal: fervour and enthusiasm in Sialkot district and they expressed complete solidarity with the people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The religious organizations including Jamaat ud Daawa: Sunni Tehreek and Jamaat-e-Islami took out peaceful rallies in Sialkot: Daska: Sambrial: Uggoki: Pasrur: Chawinda: Badiana and surrounding areas. A large number of the people participated in the rallies. The participants were holding banners and placards and they chanted anti-India slogans.
In Sialkot City: the people participated in All Parties Kashmir grand rally which began from city’s congested Allama Iqbal Chowk and ended at District Courts after passing through all the main roads and bazaars. The participants were holding banners and placards and chanting anti-India slogans. Several local Kashmiri leaders: local MPAs: senior journalists and the members of Sialkot District Bar Association (DBA) participated in this rally.
Arshad Mehmood Baggu Advocate: former MPA told the newsmen that the hundreds of the activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and Shabab-e-Milli also took out a peaceful anti India rally to express complete solidarity with the oppressed people of neighbouring Occupied Jammu & Kashmir on Kashmir Day. The rally began from Sialkot city’s congested Allama Iqbal Chowk and ended at District Courts after passing through all the main roads and bazaars. The participants were holding banners: placards and chanting anti-India and anti USA slogans.
