Qaim pays visits to Bhutto mausoleum


Naudero, Sindh: The 35th death anniversary of PPP founder and ex-Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto will be observed on 4th April in Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto amid tight security.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Saturday visited the Bhutto mausoleum and chaired a meeting of Mazar Committee to review the arrangements so far made by the Larkana administration.

Chief Minister said that millions of people will come to participated in the death anniversary program from all four corners of the country. Shah said that PPP central executive committee meeting will also be held on the same day and renowned poets will recite their poetry & scholars will deliver their research papers on the occasion as well. Prayer will be held at 2.10 am. Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address the gathering. Free lungar will be distributed also on the day.

Talking to media, Qaim Shah said that deaths of children in Thar were due to cold weather and every year drought is faced by the Tharee people. He said it is the duty of the Government to help the famine affected poor people, who are provided everything now. He admitted negligence of a few doctors.
