Rawalpindi: Some parts of Rawalpindi city are once again in the grip of tension and main shopping centres have been closed. Army and law enforcement agencies personnel are patrolling the city to avert any untoward incident. District Administration Rawalpindi has strongly refuted the rumours about imposition of curfew in the city. In a statement‚ Commissioner Rawalpindi Khalid Masood Chaudhry urged the people not to pay heed to such rumours as situation is calm and under complete control. He said that no dead body has been recovered either from Madrassa Taleemul Quran or its surroundings.
