Dr Abdul Hayee said in remote rural areas of Sindh people often delay the circumcision of their boys due to poverty, unavailability of medical services and lack of awareness. He said Al-Khidmat often sends teams of doctors and surgeons to these far-flung areas to facilitate the villagers. He said still hundreds of thousands of boys in poor village areas of Sindh await circumcision and philanthropists should cooperate with Al-Khidmat in this noble cause.
