New Delhi, April 14, 2022 (PPI-OT):The Indian ministry of home affairs (MHA) has notified Kashmiri freedom leader Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar as a militant under the draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). The Indian MHA made the announcement through a gazette notification issued on Wednesday, claiming that Zargar is a threat to peace, not only to India but also across the world. It designated Zargar as a militant under the UAPA.
