Jalal Shah alleges govt. of implication opponents in false terrorism cases

Karachi: Chairman, Sindh United Party SUP Syed Jalal Mahmood Shah lashing out at government on Sunday said it’s patronizing the terrorists in Karachi on one hand and implicating political workers in false cases of terrorism to victimize them for opposing its wrong policies.

Speaking at a meeting of the party leaders and workers at Haider Manzil here, Jalal Shah said 33 leaders and workers of SUP have been implicated in false cases of terrorism in Sakrand alone. “The government is trying to weaken the election campaign launched by SUP in that constituency,” he alleged.

He alleged further that the government is terrorizing the opponents by conducting raids at their houses violating the sanctity of four-walls. “We however will not bow down to the threats of government,” he vowed.

Jalal Shah said the attitude of present government has become intolerable and warned it not to take benefit of their silence. “In fact the rulers are scared of SUP and other member organizations of Save Sindh Committee who have exposed its evil designs.”

SUP chief appealed to the Chief Justice and Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan to take notice of the situation.
