Shia organizations ask Army to assume control in Balochistan

QUETTA: Different Shia organizations have strongly condemned Mastung car bomb explosion and expressed heartfelt grief over the loss of innocent precious lives.

Incharge Tehreek Nifaz Faiqa Jafaria Balochistan Muhammad Ali Advocate and Spokesman Tariq Ahmed Jafari while condemning killing of 18 zaireen and injuries to 25 others in an attack on their bus in Mastung area asked Army to immediately assume control in the province as government has completely failed in providing security to the people.

They said very regularly people form Shiite community was being targeted of bomb explosions and target killing in Balochistan. But no accused involved has been arrested yet. He said with these incidents it seems as government is part of accused of terrorism and target killing.

They said provincial government has utterly failed in maintaining law and order in the province which was increasing sense of insecurity among the masses. They said target killing, abduction for ransom and bomb explosions have become routine but police and other law enforcement agencies have field to arrest those involved.

They asked Army Chief to take notice of the situation and order Army to take control in the province and targeted operation should be carried out against banned outfits.

Quaid Millat Jafaria Pakistan and Senior Vice president Milli Yakjehti Council Pakistan Allama Syed Amjad Ali Naqvi and Shia Council Balochistan said that entire country in general and Quetta and Karachi in particular people are at the mercy of killers and terrorists. But it is surprising that no one is there to take notice of innocent people. Owing to terrorists rule there is state within the state. And no notice of the situation was being taken and deliberately it was being overlooked. These two situations can be extremely dangerous and detrimental for the internal security and peace and stability.

Hazara Democratic Party HDP terming killing of 25 innocent Zaireen proceeding to Iran as a result of attack on their buses in Mastung said that such incident in constituency of Chief Minister is his and his government’s failure. It said that due to policies of secret and security agencies extremism and terrorism got prompted. Law enforcement agencies under an organized plan were utilising all tactics to push the country to civil war by spreading sectarianism in the country but aware people particularly political and democratic forces foiled all such plans ever level and proved people would not divide on sectarian basis at any cost.

It said Hazara nation has no difference with any faith maslak and religion. It respects all maslak and people belonging to other religions. It cannot justify killing of any innocent person on religious and maslak basis.

It expressed heartfelt condolence with the relatives of those killed in Mastung and expressed eternal peace and early recovery of injured persons.
