AIR CHIEF VISITS AN OPERATIONAL AIR BASE


ISLAMABAD: Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force visited an Operational Air Base of Northern Air Command, Pakistan Air Force on Tuesday.

Upon his arrival at the Base, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of The Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force was presented with Guard of Honour by a smartly turned out contingent.

The visit was undertaken with the purpose to assess the operational assets and facilities at the various Squadrons and installations of the Base.

While interacting with the airmen, the Air Chief appreciated their level of motivation and dedication towards service.

The Air Chief reiterated that we must remain focused and make concerted efforts as a team to keep the Pakistan Air Force in high state of operational readiness.

The Air Chief further emphasized that Allah Almighty rewards those, here and in the hereafter, who sincerely strive for the betterment and glory of their motherland.

Earlier, on his arrival at the Base, the Air Chief was received by Air Vice Marshal Arshad Malik , Air Officer Commanding, Northern Air Command and Base Commander.
