ISLAMABAD: Punjab Chief Minister Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that $ 46 billion of Chinese investment in Pakistan under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor would usher in a new era of a progress and prosperity in the country.
He said this while talking to Consul General of China Yu Boren who called on him in Lahore on Monday. He said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has turned the Pak-China strategic relations into strong economic ties.
The two sides discussed matters relating to economic corridor projects and ways to further strengthen the bilateral relations.
