ISLAMABAD: South Korea has agreed to provide a loan of $ 78 million for the construction of tunnel in Malakand Pass. According to a Radio report, feasibility report of the tunnel has been jointly prepared by National Highway Authority and South Korean consultants.
The project includes 9.7 km long tunnel, three bridges and approach roads from both sides. The tunnel will be completed in four years. It will facilitate passengers travelling to and from Malakand Division.
