Islamabad: Information Minister Pervaiz Rasheed has said that every possible facility is being provided to the Internally Displaced People of North Waziristan.
Talking to newsmen in Islamabad on Monday afternoon, he said displaced people are getting themselves registered in a large number. The Minister said dislocated people of North Waziristan are rendering great sacrifices for elimination of terrorism from the country.
He said every IDP family is being provided forty thousand rupees in cash and daily use items worth twenty thousand rupees. Regarding freedom of media, the Information Minister said that all channels and print media should follow rules and regulations of PEMRA. He said every Media House should have its own code of ethics to be adhered to strictly.
Answering a question, he said Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan should go to the Parliament for electoral reforms and amendments in laws and constitution.
