Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has asked Imran Khan to shun the politics of confrontation and come on the dialogue table to resolve the issues being faced by the people of the country.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said that the Independence Day is a symbol of unity of the nation and on that day every citizen raises the national flag but Imran Khan wants to raise his party’s flag on August 14. He said that Imran Khan, by creating political unrest, is dividing the nation.
He said that at a time when the whole nation is in a state of war against its enemies and the security forces are engaged in the operation Zarb-e-Azb, Imran Khan wants to create chaos in the country. He said Imran Khan instead of visiting Europe should stand by the IDPs who have sacrificed their homes for the national cause.
