ISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Thursday said that all possible measures were being taken to enhance the revenue of the Pakistan Railways to provide better travelling facilities to the passengers.
He was speaking at a function on the occasion of inaugurating the renovation of the Hazara Express at the Lahore Railway Station. He said additional bogies were also added to the Hazara Express.
He said the condition of the passenger trains was improving day by day and old engines of the railways were replaced with new ones.
The Minister said that all Railway stops made on political grounds were being closed. He also reviewed the arrangements of the new bogies.
