Pakistan pursuing policy of non-interference in other countries: Rashid


Islamabad: Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has said that Pakistan is pursuing the policy of non interference in other countries.

Talking to the media persons here Thursday, he said we want elections in Afghanistan and India to be peaceful.

He said Islamabad desires friendly neighbourly relations with Tehran the Prime Minister wants to pay an early visit to that country.

Pervaiz Rashid said peace process with Taliban has been started to restore peace in the country.

He said incidents of terrorism have witnessed decline since the start of dialogue process. He said Pakistan will be made as symbol of peace and not the war.

The Information Minister said the number of drone attacks had come down due to the categorical position of the government on the issue.
