ISLAMABAD:President Dr Arif Alvi has felicitated the newly elected President of Iran Syed Ebrahim Raisi on his victory in the Presidential Elections.

In a letter of felicitation, the President said Iranian people have affirmed their trust in their leadership for peace, stability and prosperity.

He expressed the hope that under President Raisi’s leadership, the fraternal ties between Iran and Pakistan would be further strengthened.
