Islamabad: The special court hearing the high treason case against former president general retired Pervez Musharraf has dismissed the former president’s plea seeking medical treatment abroad. According to media reports the court also issued a bail-able arrest warrants for former president, directed authorities to produce him before court on February 07. The verdict was penned by a three-member bench headed by Justice Faisal Arab. The court directed Islamabad Police Inspector General to ensure the implementation of the verdict. It stated in issued verdict that former president Pervez Musharraf failed to give appropriate justification over his nonappearance in the court.
