Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Advisor on National Security Sartaj Aziz has said that so far the terrorists’ hideouts have precisely been targeted in North Waziristan.
Talking to newsmen in Islamabad Thursday‚ he said the dialogue has not yielded positive results so far.
Sartaj Aziz said National Security Policy presented in National Assembly yesterday is related to country’s internal security.
He said the operational part of National Security Policy is of immense importance. Sartaj Aziz said objective of this policy is to establish rule of law.
The Advisor said in next two weeks‚ the government will also present defence and international policy.
To a question regarding bilateral security agreement‚ he said it is a matter of Afghanistan and United States‚ and
Afghanistan has a right to decide whether to sign it or not.
Sartaj Aziz reiterated that Pakistan’s arms will not be used in Syria.
