286 dengue cases reported in 2014


Karachi: Provincial Manager Dengue Prevention and Control Program Sindh, Dr M Shakeel Aamir Mullick, on Monday said 286 dengue viral fever cases were reported in 2014 out of which 275 were detected from Karachi.

Dr Mullick said a total of 286 dengue fever cases had been reported in 2014, of which 275 were reported from Karachi, eight from rest of Sindh province. He said three dengue cases were also reported from Balochistan province.

Six people were also expired from dengue viral fever in this so far.
